Baby Yoga classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old (providing they were not born prematurely) up until they can crawl. Please contact Musical Hands directly if your baby was born early, to discuss when your child would be able to attend a class.
The baby yoga class is not as disciplined and strict as some adult yoga classes might be. We focus more on this being a movement class which is fun, friendly and relaxed for you and your baby.
This class is essentially for the Mother and the baby as there are elements of post-natal development involved, but we have had Daddy's and Grandparents come along and take part too and this has always worked really well and is encouraged and welcomed.

We sing songs whilst performing the different techniques and sequences of baby yoga, so your baby is always engaged and focused on you.....or their new baby friend nearby!
